Well that's your opinion my friend, in my opinion the Road sets a much darker, scarier future and packs a much bigger emotional punch. But yeah tis a good game

The Road and LOU have a ton of similarities.  Both pack an emotional punch but imo LOU edges out The Road because I felt more attached to characters in LOU (although thats comparing apples to oranges, games to books).  You're right about The Road being a bit more dark because there is absolutely no hope.

I don't have much to add other than that The Road sucked and should not be part of this Convo.

TWD game has a much better plot and characters imo

i am legend is just bad... but the base story is alot better than TLOU. omega man and the last man on earth are both realy great...

Wholeheartedly agree.

Nice that there are ppl playing this game still. Every gamer should play this, seriously the way the story was presented in this game is why I think videogames is the ebst medium to tell a story there is. Youre not only reading or watching things youre part of them.

Best game iv played in the last ten years.

Hope they continue in that world, old or new characters i dont care.

I really Love histories about deep relationship without romantic involvement. And tlou delivers in spade.

Perhaps I would sacrifice myself for humanity good. But never my child for a slim chance to cure a corrupt society.

Yeah, right. Even more when they give you choices that won't change a thing.

i agree. its better than them. its truly a remarkable game, i still remember the details of its story even though i played it two years ago. the characters, the events, and the intensity of playing the game. its just a fantastic game all around.

as for sales, well official sales put the PS3 version at 7 million shipped a year after it released (before the PS4 version released). and the PS4 version sold over one million (by how much we dont know) by TGS of that year. so at the bare minimum its 8 million sold. realistically though it will be around 10-11 million by now between the two versions, maybe even 12, considering it was bundled in black friday and as a digital code with every PS4 in the USA since January.
