Will fans of the game see the movie in higher numbers than people you aren't fans?

Its one of those family friendly movies that might actually appeal to the mom and dad as well,... esp if they where gamers and fans of the series.

I dont think the higher % of viewers will be fans, that sounds unrealistic.

I think it has a high chance to generate a new fan following out of the kids that go see the movie, and maybe get the game as well.

The next Ratchet and Clank, might see better sales, than this Rachet and clank.

I've not played the games but I will watch the movie.

I didnt play silent hill and only played one of the resident evil games, but I loved the movies.

Also this is a gameing forum.... the pole will be alot differnt than if it was taken on the street by random people.

Love the games, will see the movie eventually on dvd/bluray.

I'm a huge game fan and I will definitely watch the movie and get the game too when it releases.

Most likely a couple months after release on bluray.

Haven't played them all but I do enjoy the games and I'll probably end up seeing the movie as well.

Is the movie coming to theatres?
