Amazon.de has used copies for 60+ Euro. Sealed copies from a third party for over 90 Euro.
I'd say 40 Euro isn't a bad deal considering the above prices. If you ignore the context of current market value, 40 Euro for three games is a good deal anyway. If you don't mind a digital copy, you can buy one from the Wii U eShop for 20 Euro.

I'd get the digital version if I had the Wii U - the loading times are such an improvement in that version. Unfortunately Nintendo pulling the plug on Wii U this E3 discouraged me from buying the console. It's such a pity, since I already made my mind to buy it this year, now I'm going to wait and see what the NX is going to offer. I'll maaaybe get a Wii U if they cut the price significantly, not without a good look at NX first though, as I hope Nintendo ports all noteworthy Wii U games to it.
Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!
