And the worst is their team is really small, less than around 30 people.

So there is 2 scenarios :

THe game is a smaller game than we think ( you can make any game look big with a great CGI, look at phantom dust or even fable legends)

Or...It's an other microsoft situation where they announced it way too early to fill their conference and artificially fill the planning before delay the game, while they know it wont make it for 2016

The whole team? You would happen to have a source for that would you?

If it's really that small of a team with that short of a dev cycle I think we may be looking at a Hellblade sized game here. I'll be kinda bummed if that's true.

It was in an interview, i'm looking for the link ;)

That's why as independant they always make games with 2 or 3 other teams, here Armature Studio, before Sony Japan + Marvelous for Soul Sacrifice

Predictions for end of 2014 HW sales:

 PS4: 17m   XB1: 10m    WiiU: 10m   Vita: 10m

Not every game needs a 4 or 5 year development cycle :)

Who says its AAA ip in the first place?

No one but the CGI trailer is made to make people think it is

I thought the trailer looked like some digital game, similar to Ori and the Blnd Forest.

Really? Whens the last time a game that small even got a non-gameplay trailer? Even Journey never used a cgi trailer, just straight gameplay.

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

True... but MS makes CGI trailers for all their games.

New details from a Polygon interview:

"We started around 14 months ago," Armature game director Mark Pacini told Polygon. "And we're just going into full production right now. We've done a demo internally. So we're at that point where we can start making the game for real."

Seriously??? This has got to be a small game.

"EDIT: And is just now going into full production???"

Only 12months to make the game?....
That cant be good honestly.... either the game has like 3hours of gameplay.. or it ll be a buggy mess thats delayed another year or so.
