I like your point of view but I am not sure Microsoft will win Novmebr at al.

When does COD and Star Wars release?

November both, and just look at youtube, Star Wars is much more popular than Halo 5, 10M of views, it's the most popular E3 video ! Sony really has been clever with that deal, and with COD, it's done.

Star wars movie afeter 10 years + a star wars game almost photorealistic  ( you really feel like you are in Star Wars sometimes, you forget it's a game, it's amazing the sound, the visual with thos lights, the visual effects, it's really crazy, even if the content is lame, i want to buy it ) , it will be huge,  it could easily outsell Halo 5

Predictions for end of 2014 HW sales:

 PS4: 17m   XB1: 10m    WiiU: 10m   Vita: 10m

Sony has
battlefront advertising,
Call of duty advertising
Hitman advertising
Just cause 3 advertising
Assassins creed advertising
Uncharted collection
Metal gear solid advertising
Price cut

Does anyone really think Sony is going to lose by hundreds of thousands? Like last year?

So basically what Microsoft did last gen and was criticized for? Advertising the PS4 logo over your exclusive games will make people not buy their exclusives.

The xbox one has a total of 90 exclusives.

The playstation 4 has a total of 218 exclusives.

It's a combination of everything exclusive including the yet-to-be released exclusive games. BTW, I left out the timed exclusives for both of 'em. There's no fluffing or anything. It is what it is.

I liked that article. It sets the comparison between the two in a way that's favorable to the xbox one without acknowledging at all that the xbox one is "trailing" behind with exclusives compared to the PS4.

Because it just so logical that a person who has a X360 which plays all X360 games will all of a sudden decide to get rid of it and purchase XOne so he can play only a portion of those games.

I could see Microsoft advertising this and tricking people into upgrading before they realize what it really means (to be fair... like Sony did with the Vita initially).

Was talking to a co-worker yesterday and she asked me if I watched E3, since  she knows I'm into video games. She said that her boyfriend told her that the biggest news was that xb1 can play all your xb360 games now. So I can totally see that happening.

I don't know why everyone is so confident in the PS4 right now. At this point I feel like Xbox is going to start catching up, unless Sony can get out some real heavy hitters real soon. The benefits they had going into this gen are going away.

lol so mgs v , sw bf, cod, fallout, all being better on ps4 isn't going to push consoles? right.....

I personally don't buy the whole "better on" thing.  They're still all the same games, and people tend to buy consoles based on features and exclusives.  Microsoft just made it a whole lot easier for 360 owners to make the jump with BC and a new Halo.  It's doubtful to me that in the face of all that, getting some DLC early is going to be the deciding factor.

except halo won't sell as much as any of those games ...... not even batman probably..

also most of those ip have sony branding and marketing all over them along with exclusive content and early dlc.... and are going to run/look better on ps4.....

just because 360 owners can play some 360 games on one that they can already play on 360 doesn't mean it's going to have more of an impact than any of those monster ip on ps4...... if we are talking features you can throw PS now, share play, and way more bang for your buck PS plus than xbl, and the way bigger install base to add on to that..... if we talk exclusives ps4 has more games releasing on it than Xbox one this year.....

Sony's E3 games were pretty good so I'm not sure why he said that. I guess some of those games don't appeal to most people, and their line up for the rest of 2015 is kinda bad.

Yep, MS won E3 with B/C.  That's why it's currently outselling the PS4 2:1 on Amazon and was also on Walmart earlier.  Oh wait...it's the other way around.

Why bad ? They have as much exclusive on PS4 than Ms on X1, and even more in fact, no need to be a AAA.

They are just saying their exclusive first party line up was weak this year compared to what we are used to with them, but that doesnt mean they dont have 3rd party exclusives like Dragon Quest Heroes

It had to be Vasto eh?
Sony right now are riding a very positive E3 wave. Also with all the big 3rd party deals and Uncharted demo blowing everyone away they are gaining more momentum going into the holidays. 3rd party games move consoles. COD,FIFA,Batman,AC and StarWars

I ain't never said it was just because the BC!  I think it's a lot of little reasons that might start to add up.  But I could be wrong.
