Is there a save game transfer? So can you download your 360 save games from "the cloud" to your XBO?

Yes, you can put your save games on the cloud on 360 and they share the saves. It's just like if you were playing a 360 and using Cloud for saves.

Unfortunately I can't... my 360 died last year.

Would it work if I connect my 360-HDD with my friends 360, log into my account and upload the save games in the cloud?
