In the UK, GAME have started emailing customers regarding their order about the Batman: Arkham Knight Batmobile Edition, multiple users on Twitter are reporting.
The email states that the £169.99 Batmobile Edition, which was due to come with a transformable Batmobile statue, comic book, skin pack, artbook, and Steelbook case, has been pulled by Warner Bros. due to "unforseen circumstances that greatly compromised the quality of the Batmobile inlcuded."
As a gesture of goodwill, GAME are offering a £20 credit towards a preorder of the Batman Arkham Knight Red Hood Edition, with orders automatically being updated.
With the game being released on June 23rd, we can't possibly believe that the publisher JUST found out that the included Batmobile figure wasn't good enough to be sold. Some users are even reporting that they got an email from GAME stating that their payment was about to be processed for their preorder, right before the cancellation email appeared.
It should be noted that it isn't just GAME customers who are affected. The Batmobile Edition has been cancelled with all retailers.

This is crazy to me. WB expects fans to accept that they didn't know anything about the condition of the statue, leading to the pulling of the version, until now? Between the decision not to fix the game breaking bug in Arkham Origins, and now this, WB games is losing what little faith I had left in them...
