Nintendo as many of you know had their Digital Event yesterday where they just spit on us.

We asked them for a 2d Metroid or Prime 4 they give us a 4 player shooter under its name.

We asked for an HD Animal Crossing they gave us a amiibo locked party game.

We asked for Paper Mario U, they gave us a spinoff crossover on 3ds.

We asked for a new Golden Sun and they game us a new Mario Tennis(actually Im ok with this but you guys sounded like you hated it so yeah.).

We asked for Zelda U footage and they gave us Four Swords-1.

We asked for new game announcements and they talked about yoshi and mario maker(both good games btw) for 30 mins even if we knew so much about them.

The only thing i truly hate is the Metroid abomination, although i am not happy about coop Zelda. But at least there is a real Zelda announced

Frankly I think we deserve all the shit Nintendo is throwing at us. We aren't buying enough Wii U's and Amiibo's, we deserve only the worst.

I just cant believe nintendo is really doing this. I would never believe they would already announce a new console, but it almost looks like it now. WTF are they thinking, SERIOUSLY!! But they did say we wouldnt get zelda Wii U at this years E3

And the worst part is that they aren't even working on a new Metroid Prime game right now! GOD DAMN IT, NINTENDO!

i hate what they are doing with amiibos. Way to much attention. Thats nothing really gaming related to me.

It will continue on nx and thats why i wont get the console.

Not really angry at Nintendo just disappointed at the direct should have had less developer talk and more game announcements. Heck an easy way to remedy the situation would have been to hold off on the earthbound beginnings reveal until the E3 direct. Then leave the drop to be the last thing on the direct just so it didn't end with the silly super mario ad campaign. Would have at least alleviated a bit of the anger and remind people that Nintendo of america seems to actually be taking interest in the mother series again.

Nintendo is just moving on to their next system. That's my theory.

What is stupid is they were reluctant to just warn us that there wont be anything worthwhile...
