Would I need a super PC to enjoy these games? I know nothing of PC's and what's powerful mind you.

1. Bobby an average 13 year old with an average PC. Mummy who buys Bobby his games.

Mummy: " Sure thing son, let me check out Gamestop's site."
Mummy goes to gametop's online store on her son's average Pc and searches for Cuphead
Mummy " Well everything looks fine, It's rated E and....hmmm it seems that it is also availabe for Windows 10"
Bobby: :Cool, I got Windows 10 for free last summer, does that mean I don't need an Xbox One to play cuphead"

2. This was already discussed. While difficult. I'm sure it's going to happean soon enough. It already is after all.
3. Well if the Xbox One is becoming a Windows 10 device, there's now no need for the Xbox Empire now is there? Pretty much everything an Xbox gamer has loved and cherished for years will soon be non-existant.
I don't mind these games making it to Windows 10. I dislike Xbox, not Microsoft. I'll gladly own a gaming PC for "Xbox exclusives without needing an Xbox".

I tried out the free app "Moonlight Game Streaming" today on my Kindle Fire TV and a bluetooth controller: http://moonlight-stream.com/
It works quite well! Only on Android devices for now, but the already announced iOS and Windows support.
And Valve will also ship its "Steam Link" soon for in-house game-streaming: http://store.steampowered.com/universe/link

The future of Gaming, all these hardware manufactures will be software companies, offering their lineup of games through apps that can be accessed through numerous devices, TV, apple tv, roku box, etc.. Removing the high risk of developing hardware, and spending more towards game development.
Ahhh... malware, hackers... it's good.
The only reason I play games on a console is to avoid the above. So XBOX and a Win10 is probably going to be the best thing ever. For Sony and maybe Nintendo.

And MS will get your money for those games instead of you owning a PS4 and never bying a game from MS. Do you see how that is a massive win for MS and the XBox community?

...and a massive win for PlayStation. It's more of a massive win for PC and gamers than it is for Xbox it seems.

Nope. It is a massive win for Sony´s sales of Playstation consoles, not for Playstation software sales (which is where they make the cash). MS´s approach won´t make XBox a market leader in terms of home console sales, but XBox will become the largest gaming platform by far, only rivalled by Steam, existing on PC, Smartphone, Tablet and Home console. That is a massive win for an XBox gamer. And remember, XBox is MS´s gaming platform since W8 was released, not just a home console.
As a PS4 and PC gamer this gen, I like this set up.
Now I don't have to buy an XBO if ScaleBound will be available on PC.
Last gen I bought all 3 because I liked the exclusive that each consoles had.
But now it is no longer essential.
PS4/PC combo is the way to go now. Happy.
