And your point was that you need to buy the game and then buy the amiibo to play the game. WRONG. You only buy the amiibos to play it, and you only need 2 of them, so a game that you were thinking that was a 40$ game is now a game that you can play for 4 freaking dollars, but you still complain then...

I think this game shouldn´t exist at all, and should be a real AC, but since the game is already donde, I think this is the best way to go.

So confirms my point. They are doing games with amiibo in mind. Having to pay 4 or not doesn't matter. Whta matters is that they are doing a game nobody asked for thanks to amiibo sales.

Well that´s true I guess. I can´t deny that sadly.

But the people want them so is logical they made this. Not excited at all with it though.

They need to keep using amiibo, but they have to make their priorities clear and amiibo should be always a very secondary thing.

Exactly what I've been trying to say. Should always be a secondary thing, but they get the wrong message. Anyway, the backslash this E3 will only help with this kind of things.

Yes I´m glad Nintendo fans were angry at the same time. When the conference ended I feelt a lot of impotence and fustration. But then I saw that we all felt the same and the backlash has been so masive that they just can´t ignore it next time, or I hope so. The bad thing is, all this constructive backlash is also a lot of food for the haters...

But oh well, they deserve it this time, I guess.

There can only be good things now. Maybe they are preparing a new ND with many new announcements? Maybe January 2016 like January 2013, I mean, they are covered the rest of the year with many games, so no problem.

I'm about in the same boat myself.   I might have an irresistible urge to buy a K.K. or Nook even with all the shit I've said in this thread.  My only question is where the hell is Mr. Resetti?

i really just try to collect the smash ones. I hangem in my studio. That being said, i don't see what the problem is. I didn't catch the ac game thing cause i couldn't care less about anything animal crossing related, so maybe i missed something. I think alot of these amiibos are actually a pretty good value. Especially link. Buy link and you get 1) a new weapon in hyrule warriors, 2) a new costume in mario kart 3) a trainable smash character. 4) a cool figurine. That's 1 toy and 3 pieces of cross game dlc for one puchase. I think that's pretty cool. If they can keep the game features coming then i think amiibos are a great buy. I look forward to some type of fox amiibo announcement for 0.
