I'll be controversial here and go with Sony .. kappa

I'll just copy and paste my comment with some additions from another thread.

Important lesson of the day:

Gameplay. Gameplay. GAMEPLAY. This was what MS's conference lacked in both quantity and quality. I was not impressed with the ROTR and Gears 4 gameplay. It would behoove them to take a page from Sony's conference.

I'm just going to say, I can't wait to get a PS4. With Horizon Zero Dawn, The Last Guardian... man... I'm actually really hyped.

Microsoft, solid conference.

Sony had me yelling 'Holy shit' for the first hour.

The amount of hype I am seeing by sony fans is ridiculous... how on earth can this level of regard be earned from showing footage of a game that was revealed ages ago and still hasn't been released, a game that is multiplat, and that leaves just Shenmue 3.

The Microsoft conference literally gave gamers everything they've wanted. Classic franchises, new IP, backwards compatibility, crazy pro controller, etc.

I saw literally nothing megaton about Sony's conference this time. Horizon was a very cool looking game, and Shenmue 3 may qualify, but it is a kickstarter tha I almost guarantee will go to Xbox as well in the likely event that it far exceeds its target.

Microsoft. No comparison tbh.

With Win10 integration mod support will be coming to XBO, not the PS4.

Sony had tons of third party stuff, which is not bad, just unexpected.

FF7 remake, while I truly do not care, it is not exclusive.
Shenmue 3 was despicable. The game won't even be out for a couple years at the very least. I am baffled that a game was allowed to advertise their kickstarter campaign live at E3. Pitiful. Its even more sketchy that they are only asking for $2 million when Shenmue 2 cost $70 million to make. Just seems like Sony is apart of it and is trying to get additional funding which better not become a thing.

I don't even get the hype with The Last Guardian, looks nice, seems unbelievably boring to play.

That Horizon game looked really cool and Uncharted looked amazing. Really the main things I got out of their conference.

Both Microsoft and Sony did great.

I do think Sony had a better showing though because of how many games they showed that people have wanted for a long time. The Last Guardian, Shenmue 3, and FF7 Remake all in one conference is really amazing considering how people thought those 3 games would never happen anyway.

Microsoft had a really good showing still though.

Glad to see both Sony and Microsoft working on new IP's. I thought Recore, Horizon, and Sea of Thieves looked amazing, even if Recore was just a CGI trailer.

Also Uncharted 4 looked fucking amazing. Damn.

Uhh Sony, duh.

Pretty sure it's coming to PS4 too.
