WTF microsoft?

I didn't expecting that. As a core sony funboy who had like ZERO intrest in Xbox ONE, now I'm:

1. Backward compatibility - WOW

2. Gears of War REMASTERED - WOW

3. TOMB RAIDER - pretty cool

4. RARE collection - WOW WOW WOW

5. CUPHEAD - f f f f f f f..... F.CKING AWESOME

6. ReCore

TAKE MY MONEY!

Only like 10-15 games are backwards compatibile atm.
Gears of war did look good.
Tomb Raider looked almost silly (like 1886), press X to surive a million impossible times.
Rare Collection = meh (get it on a old consol or emulator)
Cuphead... not my cup of tea.

my thoughts exactly.  Now I do use the full scale so that's an above average conference.  I'm not knocking it but let's not act like it rocked the world.  I liked 1886 but I wasn't crazy about the last Tomb Raider (beat the PS3 version).  Kinda surprised only Gears 1 is getting remastered and not the trilogy and I'm not sure how that's a "WOW" moment.  I mean Sony just announced Uncharted Trilogy a few days ago and of course Microsoft wowed me way more last year with Halo MCC.  I like Rare but their games weren't exactly hard to get ahold of.

I agree with the OP, MS showed so much love for fans of gaming so I just sat here smiling :). BC, Gears, Halo 5 with that awesome controller and cuphead will keep me happy for a loooong time! :)

Never owned an Xbox console and barely even played any of them, but I was really impressed by the conference. Great emphasis on games and very little bs or filler. Hololens looks amazing, Cuphead, Gears, Rare 30, and definitely backwards compatibility. Many 360 games to catch up on from last gen.

I'm SOLD. Got my eye on that white Masterchief bundle. I gotta start saving my monies.

People are overreacting really.

Some good announcements from MS and the BC thing really took everyone by surprise, but that's it.

Nothing really outstanding or that wasn't expected.

Idk about anyone else but the game announcements were extremely disappointing to me as far as exclusives.

Xbox always a Hero for Xbox One owner of course , but the games they showed is less interesting then the backward compatibility announcement it self especially Halo and Gears of Wars which is we know that the games is coming sooner or later. But CUPHEAD seems interesting, for know i thing they are a hero for Xbox 360 owner because their backward compatibility .
