Let's see Jurassic World now holds the record for best opening weekend, opening weekend world wide, opening weekend foreign. Highest domestic three day total, four day total, five day total and it already has made enough money for the highest six day total. Its also the fastest to $100 through $250 million domestically. With Inside Out opening this weekend I doubt it will get the highest second weekend but overall still pretty impressive numbers so far.

They're predicting to get the highest second weekend and the fastest to 400m. It will most likely reach 500m++ next weekend as well. I think there are many who are watching both Inside Out and Jurassic World at the same time with the kids mainly going to IO and the teens to adults going for Jworld.  IO might also bore some children who aren't into too much talking and drama which IO is heavily reliant on(It was brilliant and got me teary-eyed in some scenes but I felt it wasn't meant to be fun.)

Well once Monday's domestic numbers come in it will be the fastest to $400 million with Monday's numbers it will also be over one billion world wide and the fastest to one billion world wide.  I'm thinking Minions will probably do better at the box office then Inside Out even though Inside Out is a much better movie.

Yeah, most likely. Minions will be the most fun to watch between the 2 and will ultimately get more Kids to watch it. Just like how Jurassic World got so many people hooked. Because it was simply a super fun movie to watch.

Around the Network

Well quick update since the weekend actuals came in it now has the highest grossing second weekend domestically. It has the highest domestic totals 7 through 10 days domestically now. Its also the fastest to $400 million domestically now did it in only 10 days four days faster then the first Avengers movie and like I already said once Mondays numbers are in it will be the fastest movie to $1 billion world wide in only 11 days.

Is the movie any good?

It was ok, however steven spielberg has pulled a Micheal Bay. To much action, not enough character developement and the plot could have been way better.  Also movies where people always make stupid decisions over and also annoy me.
