I would go with Nintendo :P I don't care for the others too much unless they announce something for a Nintendo console. I just want Metroid Prime 4 and a bit of Zelda U :)

Both Sony and Microsoft, can't choose just one. 
Nintendo's conference of course! I really hope a new Paper Mario game gets announced. I wouldn't mind a Metroid announcement either.
