A Link Between Worlds and A Link to the Past is practically tied for me, but I give the edge to ALBW, because the dungeon design was amazing (I prefer top down Zelda games)... Windwaker is my favorite 3D Zelda. I love the aesthetics of it.

Majoras Mask GC version via Nintendont is waiting to be played, I am sure I will play it before Zelda U. :)

The Ocarina made one of the main differences in OoT. But anyway, that isn't my main point. OoT is the better game in my eyes.The combat was revolutionary, the game looked amazing and you got a 40HR quest. TP is more of a reimagining that ALTTP is to OoT. Some of the same exact ocarina songs appear for wolf link to howl,  you go from Deku to Goron to Zora, it just seemed too similar. Comparing 2D Zelda to 3D Zelda wouldn't be much of a comparison at all. Apples to apples, 3D to 3D. The game just seemed like a OoT with updated story and visuals.
