I'm really pathetic and have no friends. Please excuse the trolling message that used to be here, I don't know any better.

Very often. I try to add max weight to my core exercises (bench/squat/bent row/deadlift) each time i lift. I also add weight to my other exercises as much as I can. I'm a little different in that I also train for mental toughness so there are a lot of until failure exercises in there as well. I like to push myself. Reps I don't necessarily add unless I want more muscle endurance than strength; I have a pretty good rep system going now.

I dislike pistol squats I even like weighted wall sits more

I can understand your mentality, I pushed hard when I was younger too. Now my body just won't recover the same anymore and I would be dead meat in a month, lol.

I cannot imagine toilet-free life.

Kebabs have a unique attribute compared to other consumables. To unlock this effect you need to wolf down a big ass kebab really fast, like under 10 minutes or so and wait for the effect to kick in. If done correctly your movements should feel unbelievably heavy to the point where you literally cannot move at all.

Keep getting better everyday; muscle growth and definition is very evident now. A new goal for me is to gain at least 10 more pounds of muscle by Christmas

Overall, I'm feeling so goddamn good at the moment. I have now done a slight increase into my routine and while the first time was a lot tougher I thought, I'm good now.

And best luck to Reim, your goal is hardcore, just focus and you'll get there

I am probably now in the best shape of my life for about 6 years. Doing cardio to cut right now and losing the weight it takesmostly lean muscle pretty easily. Not saying it is easy I just know how to do it well. A ton of cardio with only slightly reduced calorie intake. Lifting is different matter. I bulked up a ton in college and never lost most of it. I am at the point where I have to decide what is too big for me. So, now I try to lift for endurance more than bulk. It is a hard choice because I like lifting.

See that's the thing, the saying is so true:

"The day you begin lifting is the day you become forever small."

I'm going to be one of those people who doesn't necessarily have a goal in mind; I lift because I love it and it's a great outlet. I'm not sure when I'll be big enough, but I guess I'll know when I get there. I'll never be too bulky though because I lead a pretty active life.

I will be running a half-marathon this weekend! I've been running and training all summer. Lost about 15 lbs in the process -- all fat loss.

I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016
