Yeah that would seem about right to me.

That's pretty crazy. What a successful franchise this has become. 

Man, I remember when the first Uncharted came out. Everyone on VGChartz was calling it a bomb, and it turned out to be a sleeper hit, and then evolved into a monster franchise.

Would like to know if they include copies given away with PS+ and how many of those 21m sales are from bundles, I'd guess 30-40% (6.3-8.4m). UC1 was such a weak start to an IP but Sony really helped this franchise a lot with huge advertisement campaigns and bundling.

It's the second most acclaimed PS exclusive trilogy ever behind God of War so obviously it's not a bad series, but I'm not a fan.

I'll still probably buy the collection eventually, when it's less than £10 if only to play UC2 again since imo it's the only worthwhile UC game (1 & 3 are just good).

Nice, i will pre order as soon as i can! Glad the multiplayer is not included in the package. The singleplayer is all i need. =)

This remastered collection will sell tons of copies for remaster proportions, probably even more than The Last of Us Remastered.

In terms of overall sales and critical acclaim, Uncharted is very similar to God of War. Back at E3 2012, Jack Tretton announced Kratos had breached 21 million copies. And for the record, Kratos slightly beats Drake in relation to the average metascore of both trilogies, 93 vs. 92. I love both franchises regardless. :)

Great achievement. I'll gladly start contributing to that total with NDC in October and UC4 next year.

Its bigger than Diablo, castlevania, farcry, age of empires, kingdom hearts, god of war, batman, gears of war.
