This would postpone my PS4 purchase until the end of the generation when I can find it for $200-250 (or less used.) *Crosses Fingers*

Yea, then u got stuff from Idea Factory/NIS like Hyperdimension Neptunia as well as other jrpgs coming and games like SFV and No Man's Sky as well as Fable Legends and other console exclusives coming to pc which is making PC gaming more and more epic!!! This is gonna be one epic generation for PC gamers at this rate!

Yea, pretty much the same for me if that happens. I am planning to get a ps4 when FFXV launches (as a few of my friends already know) but if that gets announced for PC, apart from my house suddenly turning white, I shall probably not get a ps4 till the end of the gen if at all

I think they are mistaking Agito as Type-0. FF Agito is coming to PC which was announced by Square-enix but not Type-0.

yeah a friend of mine grabbed a screenie before the apparent article went down but it;s nice to see SE giving PC gamers a bit more love and I too wouldn't be surprised to see XV making it's way to PC, it's only logical after throwing previous FF games on there along with other Japanese games like MGSV and, Neptunia, Pirate warriors, Ninja Storm, Bladestorm, Dynasty Warriors, Guilty Gear, Blaz blue etc.
And with PC having a place at E3 this year and hopefully more years to come in the future means PC is finally getting to becoming more popular and mainstream which is good for us and others new to the platform.
Still going to grab an X1 And U at some point this year and next, then gen for consoles as definitely been a disappointment and has it's ups and downs but I'm happy my main platform is getting some love and titles I'd never dream would coming to it.

Mgs and ff were never console exclusives in the first place, most pc gamers play league of legends and other types of games

Because not all good games have to be AAA. Pillars of Eternity is currently the best game I've played this year, and it is a PC exclusive. Furthermore, PC versions of said multiplats are the definitive versions for performance alone (without regarding graphical differences.) So if the PC isn't missing out on multiplats that means it is getting better with time and can be more appealing for people who feel it is worth the loss in convenience.
Where did he say he was happy? He was just stating facts, PC gaming is becoming more capable in emulating a console-like experience, and consoles are becoming more like gaming PCs in almost every way.
edit: Other notable PC exclusives that I have been enjyoing are Total War, Path of Exile, and Cities: Skylines.
