I don't know about Arbiter but Kim Wu, Rash, Tusk are confirmed to be available at launch.

Some pretty good Deals with Gold this week.
Though I know that some of them were already reduced in price during the Black Friday/Christmas sale, but this time they reduced it so much that I just had to buy them even though I already owned them all on 360.

Basically I bought both the Saints Row IV/Gat out of Hell bundle and the Metro 2033 Redux/Last Light Redux bundle.

The only really new game I bought this week was The Escapists (with the DLCs).

This also brings me now to over 100 started Xbox One games.
14 of which I got all achievements in and 45 of which I completed the campaign (or whatever else the game offers)
