So I upgraded to Win10 and downloaded the beta Xbox app since I now have GP Ultimate through 2020.

How does account access and sharing work on PC though? If I log in on my PC, it hasn’t kicked me off the Scorpio. But can other people use my PC GamePass without me being logged in on PC?

You can be logged into your account on multiple different devices at the same time and play games.
360, X1, Win10 and Windows Phone.

Can't answer the other question but I guess not. You can set your X1 as your home console so other people could play with your GamePass games. Don't think this is possible on PC. However I don't think you need to be logged into your PC account in order to use GamePass for PC, but you certainly need to be logged into your Xbox account when using GamePass for PC on the Xbox Console Companion app.

At least we can say we won this E3 with certainty...

I don't even own a switch but i can say with confidence that Nintendo was way better.

Personally liked Nintendo better, they had a great showing and the announced exclusives are almost all to my tastes. BOTW2, NMH 3, Bayo 3, Prime 4 and Astral Chain, it’s a good time to own a switch right now.

I was reading the lego expansion reviews on the microsoft store and it sounds like the expansion is bad.
