It's really not much better elsewhere. Here in the US there are games listed for $60 on XBL that are $20 at retail. MS is going to need to work on that if they want to release a digital only console at some point.

Australians pay a lot for many things.

I like the idea of digital only, especially if they knock a few bucks off.  But I don't know how they'd handle the backlash from their retail partners.  Places like Best Buy don't make money when they sell a console.  If the games are sold digitally, why stock it?  There'd have to be a business case that having the consoles there drives traffic into the stores, and that those people buy other things that are profitable (like cables).

Canadian game prices are very high as well. New games cost $80 and prices are usually much more than the States. A digital console wouldn't work in most countries.

Anyone else playing Smite? It's my first time playing a MOBA and I am really enjoying it. I would really like some people to play with.

I've been trying to get achievements in the MCC collection today, and this game still has problems. I was attempting to get a toy in Halo 2 (which was at the end of the mission!) and the achievement didn't unlock. So I did the mission again and nothing happened. So I wasted an hour for nothing :/ .

I gave up on MCC after so many achievements not unlocking yet say I've completed 100%

If you really enjoy it a lot you should get the founders pack. You get all the characters + all new characters in the future. The founders pack will be delisted soon and is 29.99$.
