So XGP has potentially locked up multiple titles from 3rd party, hopefully some are AAA.

Game Pass Quests? Is this something new or expanded regions maybe? with daily, weekly and monthly quests that prompts you to hold Guide and turns them in for Reward points?
First time I've ever seen them

Booted my Xbox today and got a pop up about completing a daily quest. I have no idea what that quest was, turned it in and then got redirected to the Game Pass quests section, which is for whatever reason not part of the rewards app.

In case someone else wants to know where to find them:

Got to "my profile", switch to "gaming" and then move down to "Game Pass quests".

I also noticed a new quest called weekly streaks in the rewards app.

That Matt Booty statement reads like 2nd party JP exclusives incoming to me. "If you've got bigger developers, particularly in other countries outside the U.S. and outside the UK, where even acquisition might not even be a possibility, but we want to work with them, that's where publishing is a great tool for us." There have long been rumors that acquiring a JP studio would be very difficult, if not impossible for MS. A couple of strategic 2nd party JP exclusives in the first couple of years of Scarlett's life would work wonders for moving enough consoles to fans of JP games to secure 3rd party Japanese games for the rest of the generation.

I’ll take one Scalebound Revival please. Would be cool to see MS greenlight some AAA JRPGs for next gen.

Redeeming that Nitro code for Gamepass took some doing and screwing around. Still, two free months of Ultimate.

Another way to get to the quests on the new dashboard is to scroll down to the Gamepass tile and the quests are in there.

If your referring to the weekly reward set streak bonus they have been around quite a while.

From a quick look I think these quests will add around 600-800 reward points per month from doing nothing different than normal or up to 2000 by focusing on them a little so overall a good boost.

In case people don't know what I've been referring to here is a image

For anyone in the US was this already a thing that was previously just for America that has expanded regions or was this just randomly released for everyone? I can't recall hearing anything about it before.

Yeah it was a real pain for me too, tried to find a way of doing it on my phone through a browser, found out you couldn't. Tried doing it on my xbox and for some reason the banner didn't appear and had to restart. xD. Still, this makes the deal I got even better!

Last month picked up an XBO 1TB for £90, then for £75 I got 2 years of gold and upgraded it for free to Ultimate, plus 2 months extra for auto renewal... and 1 month for £1 on the upgrade... and now 2 months from discord...

Basically 29 months of Gamepass Ultimate for £75, less than I'd have paid just for the next two Forza Games. Hell it's less than I'll be paying for just PS+.

I've never seen that one before. It showed up today on the rewards app for the first time. Might be new for German users. I don't think it's a coincidence that this AND the other Game Pass quests pop up on the same day.

I saw this price point of the Xbox One SAD Edition and decided to add on a few things to see what I could get.

£129 Console with 3 games and 1 month Gold

£1 convert the one month Gold with the 3 months of Ultimate Gamepass for £1 deal

£33 6 months Gamepass Ultimate deal (happens periodically through the year and on Black Friday for sure)

£0 Use the Discord Nitro offer to get another 2 months Gamepass Ultimate

Total = £163 Above console with 3 games and 12 months Gamepass Ultimate

For anyone not in the Xbox ecosystem that have been wowed by the value gamepass offers this is a pretty great way to tide yourself over until Scarlett next year and if there is around 5 games currently in Gamepass or launching into it next year that you would of bought anyway on other platforms your basically still getting to play them and a console thrown in for free without even knowing the other third party stuff you will get next year added into gamepass :D

Think the Matt Booty "New games announced before end of year" is a miss interpretation and he's just referring to games we haven't talked about been Ori and Gears Tactics we know will be at TGA? Or are we expecting something else new revealed?

If you are a fan of RPGs and haven't played Kingdom Come: Deliverance, you're like a guitarist who's never heard of Jimi Hendrix.

What a great game this is today. There's a reason why it's so popular and selling well despite awful, buggy launch. Highly recommend!

I'm playing Outer World and it made me remember how much I love a good RPG. I picked it up using GamePass for the first time, when I heard it was short, and I was thinking what RPG to play next. Thanks a lot for the advice.

Regarding Outer World itself, I'm loving it. I'm 27 hours in and I'm at the forth main quest, just finished the Radio mission and went to Bezantium. I give priority to side quests, won't proceed to a main mission unless I can't find a side mission. I don't know how far I'm in the story right now, but it isn't short.

Regarding GamePass, I didn't want to subscribe for whatever reason. Now that I subscribed, I don't see my self buying games in the near future.
