Glitches aside, Gears 5 campaign is good so far. I'm at the end of Act II.

But man..the multiplayer. They added this joke of a mode Arcade Deathmatch which obviously is aimed for 1st person shooter fans and casuals. It's cool there's a mode for them to enjoy but why did they have to add this aim assist shit and high weapon damages to ranked KotH??

Gnasher is like sawed-off shotgun from Gears 3 but with even more range. You don't even have to land your shots properly anymore. Combine that with high damage quick melee and that's pretty much the end of blood-pumping gnasher fights.

First time I don't feel like playing KotH.

And this Tour of Duty system is horrible. I honestly would prefer lootboxes GoW4 style.

ah so that's why you rated it 0.5/5 on TA. I was a little worried....

Huh I did? Must have accidentally clicked it while checking out achievements lol.

I'm not that disappointed. I'd rate it 4/5 but overall it's simply not as good as 4 atm. Campaign is slightly better so far and horde is improved but versus is pretty bad.

I'm sure they'll try to fix it & balance it better so we'll see.

btw. Square Enix sale going on right now, which is nothing special BUT! Final Fantasy games are included (and I'm not talking about XV).

Bought FFVII and will try to find out why people make a big fuss about it

Please let us know how it is. I read all the old books and am wondering if its worth picking this one up.

starcraft - Playing Games = FUN, Talking about Games = SERIOUS

Still need to get all the achievements for that one and still have to beat FFIX.

I was surprised to see that 100% completion doesn't take that long... for an RPG that is.
Guess the 3x speed really helps a lot.

I'm just an hour in but I'm not really feeling it. I can definitely see why it was groundbreaking back then but it hasn't aged well. Gameplay is slow, 3D graphics are of course terrible, 2D backgrounds look good but are difficult to navigate. I like the smooth transition from FMV to gameplay though.
The story still has a chance to win me over but other than that I'm more looking forward to playing Tales of Vesperia DE which I also bought recently (far too many games, please kill me)

Other than that I bought FFVII with MS rewards money, so it's not that much of a waste.

So far I am really enjoying it, seems to have no big surprises(except if you not played gears 5) and plays it a bit safe but I am sure you will like it.  I give it a 7.5 so far while I gave the other books between an 8-9 (can't really remember if I disliked one).

Really happy with bloodstained.

Anyway I would love a gamepass Thread like the BC one we had before.  Someone who would love to open it and update it every few weeks =p?
