Done with Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy. There are more achievements to get but they require speedruns or completing levels perfectly which is pretty much what I hate to do and on top it would need many more hours to complete. So I'm fine with 2250/3000 Gamerscore and 67/77 achievements earned.

During my youth this series was pretty much flawless to me but I found a couple of issues replaying these games.

Crash 1
Amazing entry in the series. Levels are pretty hard though. Nevertheless they are quite varied and the gameplay is simple but very enjoyable: run, jump and spin. Colored gems require perfect runs which can be really hard and frustrating to get. While this is completely optional, they are required for achievements. Played it for 6 hours.

Crash 2
As mentioned before this has a few issues. Levels got way cheaper with unfair deaths and enemies where it's unclear if you're supposed to spin them to death, jump on them or just avoid them because they're invincible. Level environments are also much more boring than before, with ugly sewage levels and uninspiring snow/ice levels. Boss fights are hilariously easy though. Crash also gets more moves like sliding/crawling and body slam (which is pretty much useless) and sprinting (this is a remaster exclusive). Played it for 5 hours.
7.5/10

Crash 3
It was my favourite game back then and is my favourite of the series still. Level design is far better this time. Gameplay is even more varied. Additional moves like double jump, an extended spin, where you can hover in the air, and the fruit bazooka. However the double jump doesn't work nearly as good as it should and the bazooka makes getting through the levels a little too easy. Since you're getting the bazooka pretty late into the game it isn't as bad though. Played it for 11 hours.

Just bought the physical version of Valkyria Chronicles 4 for 5€.
What a deal. Completely forgot about the existence of this game.
The low sales of this game on Xbox is really a crime though. Only 1,500 owners on TA. That's not helping Xbox in attracting more Japanese developers.

Its really, really good. I'd be keen to hear your thoughts when you're done.

starcraft - Playing Games = FUN, Talking about Games = SERIOUS

A Coalition dev said that Scarlet will have dedicated cores for ray tracing. https://www.windowscentral.com/xbox-scarlett-features-dedicated-ray-tracing-cores-says-gears-5-developer

Gears 5 also took the #1 most played game spot on the xbos store. A position held by Fortnite since summer 2018.

Three million players in the first week is my guess. Based on the history of the franchise, two millions is the more reasonable number, if it is as successful as 2 & 3, but those didn't have GamePass.

Yes if you're talking about Gears 4 & 5 it does mean PC players.
