I enjoyed the show plenty of interesting games show but definitely a step down from last years showing. PSO2 coming West "finally!" was a good surprise as I thought Sega gave up on that years ago. Double Fine is also great studio to pick up.

7/10 from me. No Gears 5 gameplay at the show was a let down it's out in exactly 3 months they should of shown it on the big stage.

Also if MS is able to deliver 8k plus 120fps that is huge.

Cool to see that Ninja Theory announced that they have multiple projects in production after MS bought them.

Still excited for Halo and Gears but the only real thing that hyped me up from this conference is Phantasy Star Online 2 and the LEGO Forza was cool too.

Phantasy Star online 2 won E3 for me.

Everyone keeps raving about Phantasy Star, but I never seen the gameplay.

Not surprised they didn't show Halo gameplay. Gameplay for a next console almost 1 1/2 years before release isn't what I expect.

But I expected some more tech demo stuff and obviously Gears 5 story gameplay.

Can't believe they didn't show the new campaign which is supposed to be so huge with millions watching this. Like WTF...

Also looks like Klobrille was right when he said to expect only one or none studios.

Double Fine was never even hinted at right? At this point I only trust him when it comes to acquisitions.

I don't recall any Insiders mentioning Double Fine but I did see plenty of talk on forums about people saying they would be a good pick up.

Matt at Resetera said that MS is creating a new studio for AoE

Look it up online the game has been out for a while, I can understand if it’s not for everyone but I always enjoyed it I played the hell outta PSU: Online on the 360.

Is basically Sci fi  Anime Diablo gameplay.

Very meh conference.
Wasn't it supposed to be like 2 hours? I couldn't believe it when I saw the wrap up video.
Also next to no gameplay trailers. I'm not a fan of these 10 minutes live gameplay on stage but they could've shown something in a trailer.
Game Pass stuff was pretty good. Metro Exodus is probably the biggest thing yet for the service (along with Rise of the Tomb Raider when it got added). The rest wasn't as exciting. Also I feel like the other 20 games that have been added earlier today were a little more exciting. But good to know that the XGS multiplat games will also launch on GamePass (It took them a while to add Hellblade for example).
Not nearly as much AAA 3rd party stuff as usual, which isn't as bad but they gave too much time to small indie games of which most didn't look that interesting. Should've included them in the ID@Xbox section.
No Fable 4.... really?

The good stuff:
Forza 4 LEGO expansion
Double Fine being a decent AA acquisition
Keanu Reeves
Game Pass

disappointing:
Halo Infinite (graphics are pretty much current generation)
many of those 14 XGS games were just DLCs for existing games or smaller games
few surprises

Overall: 4/10
