I don't care what anyone says, Crackdown 3 looks fun as hell. I'm so pumped for it! I like how each character now has it's own traits. A good reason to level up more than one character. I hope they add a toy box mode like they did with Crackdown 2.

Crackdown looks as fun to play as ReCore. They've definitely improved graphics and overall look of the game.

Crackdown 3 has protential to be a massive faze. Its marketing BOOM and all destructive multiplayer looks like Fortnite on crack. I wasnt very hyped before but with what i have seen and Sumo Digital behind the scenes, i feel my trust of quality will be delivered.

Is it just me or did Mutant Year Zero get really hard really quickly?

The beginning was totally fine, but shortly after I went to the Ark the difficulty goes crazy.
I have three level 7 teammates and have to fight off eight level 10 enemies at the same time, with one of them being a med bot who has an incredible amount of health (and two shield) and can revive fallen enemies.

Try to sneak past some groups of enemies and come back to clear them out after you've leveled up a bit.

Also take out enemies individually without alerting the whole group when you can. It's stealth game also. Ambush, use silent weapons and hog rush for quick silent kills. Hog Rush stuns the enemy for two turns so you get more shots with silent weapons.

I realized I couldn't sneak past all of those groups since the game obviously thinks that I should beat them since the enemies are certainly not going to be any easier. So I abadoned my mission and went back to the Ark. Upgraded all my main weapons once (+1 damage) and also bought a new weapon for one of my characters.
I did kill lonely enemies and could level up a bit, but a level up doesn't make you automatically stronger, so it didn't help much. I went to a certain group of enemies, brought myself into position and threw a couple of grenades (3) into the middle, which killed 3 of them and did a lot of damage to their leader. Then I destroyed the Medbot, another Hunter that was not near the explosions and finally the leader.
After the fight I realized that you can only throw grenades once and at that exact time I wished I was playing XCOM2.
All of my characters have a silent weapon but they only do 4 damage each. Every enemy that isn't a Butcher or so already has 16 health, so it's not even possible to kill an individual in one turn.

But thanks for mentioning Hog Rush, I already thought about unlocking it (has an achievement tied to it after all), so with that it should be possible to kill one of them. However if I had spent the points already elsewhere, I wouldn't know how to progress.

I've almost reached Eden and only grenades I've been using have been EMP grenades to stun mechanical enemies. You will need alot of these during later stages of the game so don't waste 'em. I think explosive grenades would be useful too if you upgrade them with artifacts found.

It's not a easy game that's for sure but I think it gets easier the more you progress. It's quite quick to level up too and unlock more mutations.

I'm making some progress now, but it kinda feels like I'm abusing the stealth tactics. At least I take not much pride in defeating enemies any more.
Also didn't know that you can stealthly kill enemies only a few spaces away from another enemy, which makes the game much easier. I attacked one and when I killed him it turned out it was a Pyro (didn't notice that) and naturally his molotov exploded and fire spread around him. Only one space further was another enemy who didn't notice anything of that lol.

Overall they should've reduced the difficulty so that it's still advantageous to take out single enemies but you don't have to take out every single individual in a group to win the confrontation.

The holiday/end of the year sale is slightly better then the black Friday sales was going to buy some before it expires.
