I doubt it. KI came out in 2013 so he probably would have said in the last 5 years or this gen. It might be something that launched in 2014 or something from rare replay.

Edit: Actually, KI was 5 years ago as well, I thought it released in 2014 but it was actually 2013. Hmmm

Well the 4 years or so ago could extend to 5 years to bring in Ryse, I don't think he would refer to KI as that would be the 4th in the series and Sunset is just over 4 years so could fit if Phil got it sorted with Insomniac well before Spiderman was looking to be a cash cow.

I think the favourite has to be ReCore 2 and whilst I wouldn't call it "beloved" (Sunset is the only one I think fits that) Recore is well liked amongst Xbox fans or people see the potential a sequel could have with a bigger budget which would fit the "bold second title for next gen" statement.

Also within the last 4 years could include Rare replay maybe a Kameo sequel?

IIRC Phil said Phantom Dust was still in devlopmentawhile back so it could be that.

Yeah, I was mistaken about KI, remembered it as a 2014 game for some reason.

The only 2014 new IP were Sunset Overdrive, which is owned by Insomniac, not MS, and D4, which had it's sequel cancelled presumably after Swery left Access Games to form White Owls. Really strange for him to say 4 years and yet suggest that MS owned the IP. 

He never said anything about it being a new ip. It could even be Voodoo Vince, a beloved game of Phil Spencer.
