Completly doubt that. Silent Hills isn't close to being worth in the billions. And 80% done? Ha! It was still in pre-production when it was cancelled.

Nope. Silent Hills does not exist anymore. At best Microsoft could negotiate the exlusive for a new Silent Hill game... wich is hardly exciting given the series track record.
