It actually makes the pre-show not worthless!

But in seriousness... its a feature a VERY, VERY, VERY vocal minority was drastically whining for. Its not worth using stage time for it... but its worth announcing.

I think you're right unfortunately. I was a little underwhelmed with Sony's E3 last year so I kinda want them to go all in this year.

Gears 4 and ReCore did look interesting but besides the backwards compatible (only 18 games for now, I own none of them) there weren't any big surprises.

I think the show was great but a little underwhelming on the exclusive side considering Phil Spencer's vocal tweets.

We didn't get Killer Instinct: Season 3.

We didn't get Banjo Kazooie or Battletoads.

We didn't get Joe Montana Football 16 exclusive announcement.

We didn't get Mass Effect 4 timed exclusive announcement.
