We've had a lot of threads about sales again today, so I'll reiterate - all of the VGC staff are as frustrated by the lack of sales as you all are, but there's only one person who can do anything about it (be that uploading new numbers or training an existing staff member how to do it so that it's not all on him) and that's Brett.

Making threads on the forums or directing complaints at our social media accounts or the official contact e-mail address doesn't do any good - it's all managed by me and I'm very much aware of how everyone feels about this already!
