FAKE video. A French channel exposed that professional actors were involved in the filming and the restaurant admitted to being a publicity stunt saying that there is no need to invest a lot of money in promotion when you can use your creativity to promote somrthing.

The video got more than 9 million views.

That one is a classic. Now that see it again I think that that is just a dude dressed as a girl. Can't be sure though.
