Sometimes, a character, weapon, item, powerup, etc. can be so powerful, we question whether or not if they should have been in the final game.

What are some of the most overpowered things you have encountered in a game.

For me, it would easily be Meta Knight in Super Smash Bros, Brawl

Many things about Meta Knight make him ridiculously powerful, such has his attacks having next to no startup and ending lag, very good range, and overall good KO capabilities.

Meta Knight also has the ability to fly, giving him good recovery.

There are other things I could talk about this character, but the bottom line is that Meta Knight is ridiculously overpowered.

so I'll go with cheats. Those are always overpowered in games and allows you to do things that you can not normally do (or at least, not at the time)

The RYNO series in R&C exists pretty much for the sole purpose of being overpowered :p

The most overpowered thing is a cutscene. It can grant people ultimate power, or alternatively, render all your party completely useless.
