I still believe the next zelda will hit the Wii-u, but would it be a good move for Nintendo to release a "Master quest" edition for NX?

I just can't see them with holding this game for another 2 years (I assume since its not getting announced till next year likely), but if enough reasons are brought to the table, i can see people double dipping or making a nintendo purchase for NX for an "enhanced" zelda, especially if its another zelda classic.

Looking at it objectively. It would be good for Nintendo to get WII U owners to but the NX. It would be quite the poo move if Nintendo does do this, though.

Why to delay 2 years? We don't know in NX is going to be released next year, 2017 or 2020.
Also, they can't even finish the game in a long 4 year cycle and you expect them to release a Master Quest. That's not gonna happen. Zelda team is lazy and happy rererereleasing the same game as a remake.

That all depends on the launch line-up of the NX doesn't it. If it lacks the strong original games like Wii U and 3DS then something like this may be advisable. Instead it would not surprise me at all to see the next 3D Mario launch with NX.

Nope. I'm not down with what would amount to a re-release within such a short timeframe.

There has to be a material improvement, not just a lick of paint and a few tweaks.

ANYWAY, to the poster...

I also believe that Zelda U will hit Wii U due to the fact that Eiji referred to the game as "Zelda For Wii U" in his delay statement. As for the NX Master Quest idea... Hey just look at TP and TLOU...both had good sales for predecessors and current gens. I wouldn't be opposed to it.
