After several hours I'm still feeling dissapointed and insulted by the nintendo direct. The only two new games announced for wii u were mario tenis and animal crossing (which look a lot like mario party), are you kidding me nintendo? I know you don't care anymore about the wii u but at least say goodbye to the console with some dignity.

Now this is were nintendo said to me f*ck you, HOW DARE THEY ANNOUNCED A SHITTY CO-OP GAME AND A SHITTY SOCCER GAME UNDER THE NAME METROID PRIME!!!!!!? Now that´s one of the most disrespecful moments of E3 history, the funny part is if they had not named those games "Metroid Prime" I would not have a problem at all, but to insulte one of your most iconic franchises by putting it alongside two games that have nothing to do with metroid is disgusting.

This direct almost made me wanna sell my wii u, but I'll wait until starfox and xenoblade but one thing is clear on my mind, if nintendo doesn't get it together with their new console I'm done with them.

didn't expect new games but the known games that would be released this year, i don't know. Fatal Frame V should have a definite date this fall, which i don't know if they said anything about it. i believe they've announced it on a direct before that it would be for this fall?

6/10 for me. not disappointed about the new games but i was hoping for an earlier XCX release, Devil's Third and Fatal Frame V announcement. positives - games like paper mario and mario tennis (which i believe they should have all other main sports games bundled into one great game collection with Mario).

As far as I'm concerned its a 7/10. The new games were underwhelming and too much talking for the most part however, Paper Mario + M&L = auto win in my book. Star fox looks interesting. The main problem with the digital event was the lack of new games. They just focused on games we already knew about.

Man, that conference completely killed vgchartz apparently...

Bad E3 Digital for Nintendo this time, but I love Four Swords Adventure (probably obvious by now) so I'm glad that's getting made and has online.

And it seems like there will be no Pokemon Z or X2/Y2 this year!

First, Sony killed VGC for being amazing, and now Nintendo killed VGC for being terrible.

Remember when people were saying last year that 2015 would be the "year of the Wii U?" LOL

It wasn't good. I feel like we are approaching the end of the WiiU/3DS cycle, and all that we have about two of the most Nintendo beloved franchises (Metroid and AC) was THAT. Jesus, Nintendo, don't do this again. I only hope that they acknowledge that their presentation was awful and they fix that sooner than later. I'm extremely dissapointed, and I know I'm not precisely the only one.

It has 4 player+ multiplayer mode in a pvp death match arena, and a "football" type mini game again multiplayer mode.

That was the only gameplay I picked up on from the metroid title, that looked nothing like metroid to be frank.
