Nice that Phil spelled it out for everyone. We will still get the few people that will swear that it won't come to PS4... Some reputable poster on Neogaf said the exclusivity period is 6 months(from memory).

XB1, 360, then Win 10 when the timed period ends.

On another note Spencer is a big wuss, my biggest gripe with him.

The fact that noone can make it clear what the deal actually is will hurt the game-sales. As long as PS4-only or PC-gamers think the game will be released on their system they will never buy a xbone

Oh look, we've found one of the guys that needs Tomb Raider to not appear on PS4 so he can be happy about it.

That's only half right, I would rather them have not been stupid enough to help develop a game that will end up on a competing console. 

The development help that MS is offering is limited to Xbox hardware specific expertise (aka optimizing the game for X1 and 360) anyway, so essentially MS is helping to make the game look and perform better on Xbox, that's it.
