That's because Microsoft were incredibly vague about it, they've damn near destroyed the definition of 'exclusive'.

I locked the others because they were reporting on news from Months ago, but Ill keep this one open because it puts an end to the confusion people were having.

The question is time exclusive like: Titanfall, DR3, Ryse or ME1, Bioshock?

From a business point of view both Sony and Microsoft invests in third party games aka money hat. But Sony is really clear about it. Transparency is always better while dealing with such conditions.

According to Crytek Ryse could come to PS4 at this point, they are just not focused on it. (I'd say they realised that the game wouldn't garner much interest on PS4, I'm sure it's a decent benchmark tool for PC but that's about it)

I'm pretty sure that SE is going to be extremely focused on bringing Tomb Raider to PS4 and PC, that's like several million units they'd lose out on and that MS would have to account for.

Yeah, I do expect this one to come to ps4 even though I am one of the few that didn't like the last tomb raider so I could careless about the game but there are a huge fanbase on ps4 and pc that are waiting for any news regarding to their platform of choice.  For them, I hope SE reconsider that fanbase.

Well it's not only for them, it's for SE themselves too, it would really alienate a ton (I'd even say the majority) of Tomb Raider fans if this didn't come to PS4 and PC, which is something they really don't want to do unless they plan on staying Xbox exclusive with the Tomb Raider series from now on, which would really depend on MS being willing to continue helping to fund the series, something I doubt they will after this entry.
