So, everybody's pretty mad about having to go through two months without data, so to easy up you're nerves I spend the night trying to crack VGC algorith for their numbers, and this is more or less what I have.

First of all, US sales data comes from the NPD thread, March and April , my original idea was to use VGC numbers for the first 4 weeks of March and then what we know from the NPD to complete the last one, however some data was too high, namely the 3DS and Xbox One, so had to back down some of their previous numbers. 

For April I used proportions, just checked what was released that week and what deals might've gone up then and asigned each week a number from 1 to 10, then using the total data form the month I filled that week.

For Europe, I messed around with the Europe and US data for previous weeks and noticed some sort of pattern, US data ammounts to an x% of what Europe usually does, how much varies on the system of course. For example, on the PS4 numbers from Europe ranges from 60% to 80% numbers that of the US, so I took a handful of weeks, got the percentage, averaged it and used that number as well as the US number to get the Europe number, that's for all weeks in which we didn't get Europe data.

Japan comes from these threads, March and April.

And finally for the rest of the world I used a similar method than to Europe, just instead of using US' data I added all the previously known data, so this is March.

Given that only the final week is missing, it wasn't that difficult, the real challenge was April.

Given that WiiU got no releases outside of Japan, its numbers for the US and Europe are constant, and due to the low sales of the 3DS from March to April I added a decline to it, for the Xbox One I made an increment from the first to the third week then the trade in deal took effect then a sharp decline on the final week and finally for PS4 I just guessed, obviously the second week with Mortal Kombat was the highest.

No data for Vita-Wii-PS3-360 as we haven't had any leaked data, and because I don't care.
