I updated to 1.04 tonight on ps4 and now I have horrible pop in. I ran into Novigrad, crossed an invisible bridge, arrived in a square where the buildings kept changing for 5 seconds after I stopped. The song performance cut scene was full of texture streaming anomalies, very distracting.
Novigrad is like dark city now during re-arrange time.

V1.03 had the same issues in regards to pop in with Novigrad. In fact it's the only area in the game where I've noticed serious pop-up issues.
