mad max is the fuckn best action movie in ages.  it just feels right, you are invested in the action, you want to see more of the world, the action is good, realy realy good, the story is basic, but nobodys want a realy complex story in an action movie.

80s magic with new tech, realy realy realy good. an people will look back to this movie and place it in every action top ten.

The marketing towards Mad Max should have been angled more towards Furiosa, and woman independence instead. Mad max was a bit player in this movie this could have been a movie that didn't even need Mad Max in it.
I loved this movie btw, watched it last night.
But I found Furiosa a infinetly more interesting character than Mad max.

It is very easy, one is a R-rated movie in a franchsie where the last movie came out 30 years ago, while the other is a PG-13 movie sequel for a movie from only a couple of years ago
