If it keeps going the way it is then PS6 and the same gens XBOX will go backwards in terms of horsepower and we will end up with Pong graphics by 2070 or something.

Gonna go with a really long time, like maybe gen 11-12, that's even if consoles are still around by then, they'll probably be a lot different than they are now and even then I don't think they'll be pushing the envelope as much as the actual PC's behind it all.

That's not even possible with any games on PC right now no matter how much you spend on parts.

Gen 12 is the absolute earliest I expect to see this on consoles. And even that seems way too generous for movie-quality fidelity.

2025 or 2 gens.

If I we were to take the literal meaning of photorealism as in something that you literally mistake for real life then add another gen, but does anyone even want actual photorealism?

Maybe next gen. It depends how well GPU tech advances by the time Sony/M$ select a configuration to go with. Very likely to be based off Volta or AMD's equivalent with some customization.
