Beat the game and got the best ending. I definitely feel that this is the best gaming experience I've had this generation and in a very long time. Finished at level 34, what levels did others finish the main story at? I'm thinking of waiting to do the few remaining side stuff I didn't do until the first expansion comes out.

Nice. I thought the game was great, that is until I got screwed. But besides the bugs and glitches in this game, it has been the best RPG I've played in a long time. I would have replayed through the game again if it weren't for all the stupid bugs and glitches I ran into.

I won't be returning to any expansions, or anything witcher any time soon. It quickly became one of my worst experiences when I got screwed out of my ending.

Edit: Level 39 when I beat the game.

Reached lvl 25, yet starting to lose interest.

Exploring Skellige was a lot of fun, however now I've visited all the islands it's back to the grind. Plus I ran into the quest failed bug as well. Cave of dreams is suddenly listed as failed.

The writing is still good, the game play execution is poor. Tricking the Hym is a great story, yet the game play spoils it. Of course the baby or doll is fine, I didn't doubt that for a second, yet what about the 3 innocent fathers I just had to kill...

Defeating the ice giant, great exploration leading up to the fight. Then the game has to take away my control via cut scenes. I wasn't even close to him, throwing superior dragons dream and fire arrows from a safe distance, for a cut scene to take over so I can be thrown to the side and the guy in the cage dies. Then it does it again at the end of the fight.

I'm currently doing King's gambit, quit after the 'red wedding' part.
How far is it still?

You must of stepped on the snow, I did the same thing so I restarted because I wanted to make sure I saved vigi (the dude in the cage) as he goes to kaer morhen to help out. Also did you save foley? It's part of that quest he's the archer? Because he also goes to kaer morhen to help out if he's saved.

I decided to leave him in the cage for the fight and keep the giant away from him. Yet the game cheated with a cut scene came when I was comfortably taking the giant down while keeping him away from the cage. I didn't reload as the other guy said he would have rushed him as soons as he was out and get killed anyway. The archer is fine. Oh well, not going to reload now. I thought he was just another expendable :)

Is wolf armor added already on PC?

Not sure about PC but it's available on ps4 DLC now, i downloaded it this morning before I went to work I couldn't start the scavenger hunt for it as you need to have Kaer Morhen area available, damn! I'm not sure how far into the main story you need to be for it to be available either.

does anybody know whether it's a light/medium or heavy armour? I hoping light as I like having fast stamina regen.
