^ 4 days as in 96 hours??
I only just got to Velen and while the scope is impressive it's also very intimidating. Especially with receiving a lvl 35 quest right at the start of Velen while I'm lvl 4 after 10 hours. It looks like the completionist in me might prevent me from completing the story.

Kinda lame it already lays out the whole game after the first small area. Let me guess, she will be in the last area to visit, Skellige. So it's basically levelling up until then. Good thing than that the meat and bones is in the side quests.
(Of course that's just the impression I got from the Vizima visit, hopefully I'm wrong)

Over 50 hours in, Im at level 17. I haven't left for Skellige yet as Im trying to do as many side-quests as possible. I just hope I don't regret my ending even though I feel that I've made good decisions so far.

I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime.

The NX will be a 900p machine

It's CD Projekt Red's way to say -- yes, it's open world and all but you're not allowed over here, pal.

I'm at the very beginning, just killed a griffon. My biggest complaints are: what the heck is going on (no previous experience with the books and the games)? controls are a bit awkward, mostly swimming and battle on horses (PS4 version); localization is ranging from average to excellent and from character to character, but they do f**king swear, not a lot but if they do they use mat, which is disturbing + localization synchronization makes speech sounds funny sometimes (slower or faster than intended), might actually switch to Polish + subtitles, a good way to learn a little Polish.

i am level 6 and 6 hours into the game. just met the baron. doing mainly the side quests , treasure hunting and the witcher contracts plus uncovering alot of the question mark places. thats doign the above levels you up quickly and the quests itself is very satisfying. love the combat system and how you have more depth in how you fight :). Theres so much to do in terms of extra missions. i can easily spent more then 15 hours doing all the sidequest and still be in the beginning of the game XD

Combat and general movement and gameplay is bleh. Good writing. Okay graphics. 7.5/10, will not finish, but way better than 1 or 2.

Do you mix up your combos? Its much more fluid than the last game. The last game was harder because you had to anticipate your missions and prepare ahead of time. I use openers and go to heavies and then finish with a specific spell. Sometimes I have to lay traps and lure people. It all depends on how you play it. Some players are stronger than you. For the stronger (cannon fodder)players who are leveled higher than myself, I just control their minds and cut their heads off.

Im zipping through the game on my first playthrough.

Level 9 now, done a few sidequests in velen and finished Kiera Metz quests! Also done the ladies of the woods quest (loved the Ciri part)
I'm now heading to the baron to do that part of the main quest in velen while also traveling to question marks to try and unveil more side quests!
I'm currently at work and itching to get home to carry on playing it. 😄

Add me if you want but let me know youre from this website

I'm currently on the Baron and Witch quests, i haven't started them yet because i want to explore the map as much as i can before i get deep into the story. Specially the question marks that the boards unlock.

I already cleaned the first small map, but man...the amount of side activities on Velen is fucking overwhelming. There are hundreds upon hundreds of side activities on top of the side quests!

What im noticing is that the leveling system is WAY too fucking cheap in the sense that every thing that you do gives yo so little EXP that you level up SLOW. I have clocked on the game as of right now 30 hours and im level 5 LOL

I know the main and side quests gives you a lot more EXP than the side activities which gives you almost nothing but loot, but it is still annoying.

Graphics are great, the combat is very good, dialogues are very natural with great voice acting, i fucking hate Roach, quests are varied with interesting stories.

This game caught me since the beginning, just like Amalur got me so i predict that i will spend on this game hundreds of hours!
