I can understand AAA devs making mobile games, but a mobile dev making AAA games?

I wish them all the best but either expect them to file bankruptcy after a few ventures OR a simply making console based mobile games.

what is high end game development? Especially when the target platform is budget gaming tech?

Would not ask the question or reply at all if it would be "Cygames opens PS4 focused Osaka studio focusing in getting the most out of the PS4 hardware". Because this does not have nonsensical PR bullshit in it.
