Or, Nintendo could give Metroid back to Retro Studios and let them take care of that and Donkey Kong.
And if I wanted PG to work on a Nintendo IP, I'd rather it be Star Fox.

Yes I was speaking about Devil's May Cry. However, I did enjoy the DMC reboot. I know it's popular to hate that game though. Hehe I don't see why people hate it.

I would hope Platinum is not making a Metroid game. Don't get me wrong, I love Platinum's action games, but they tend to be great at big over the top spectacles, which doesn't fit the franchise.

They usually have several projects going.


I know that but the way Micrososft hyped up that game at E3 made it seem like its their biggest projet ever.

So imaging throwing in a Metroid game which is also a bit more invovled then say a TW101 or Bayo.

They're not making a core Metroid game obviously, but maybe they're doing a spin off? Remember how we heard we'd get more spin offs after Hyrule Warrior's success? So that wouldn't surprise me. However I'm sure people will have a holy fit if we get a Metroid spin off before an actual new main game.

A Spiritual Sequel to Vanquish set in the Metriod universe starring Anthony Higgs and maybe some other new characters made by Platinum, actually does sound like a superb title to me.
