Chessmaster
Chess never gets old. While GTA 5, the Witcher 3 and Xenoblade X require many hours to finish, they do not have the replay value of chess.

I'm thinking Shin Megami Tensei IV would be a good pick. You could grind and grind until the month is over, practically. Same is true for a lot of games, though.
It'll be awhile before I figure out how to do one of these. :P
