I'm going to have to think about this for a bit actually. One that pops into mind is actually in many ways Deus Ex HR, but I don't think it fits all the criteria so I'm going to have to go back to the drawing board.

Probably Mario Galaxy. When I first played it, it amazed me a lot because I got disappointed with sunshine and kinda was mehing the platforming genre and then comes Mario Galaxy to make me jizz once again! The graphics was great, the levels were great, the music was great and overall, it was very fap worthy
