Not exactly... as you can see, there are still some people that don't know about this switch and could be confused if the name is changed (I mean, it has only been about 4 days..)

Though I should point out that 'Nintendo World' could obviously be confused for, well, Nintendo World. Regular users would obviously not get confused from this, but new and infrequent users may and that is not a good thing.

Nintendo World - Smash Tourney! could confuse users about Nintendo World hosting an official tournament.. (which one are you referring to?!) :/

So as for now, NintenDomination will stick, but it may change in the near future..

I played some 150cc races and came to the conclusion that it wasn't as bad as I imagined it would be after experiencing 200cc. Although the latter is still my preference, I'll sign up for the tournament regardless of what speed is agreed upon.
