You keep insinuating that we don't play games, yet you never participate in tournaments and events on here.

Since Conegamers Nintendo thread you all have played about 5 games. There is no insinuation. I have eight people in my house, plenty to play multiplayer with. Also I dislike MK8 and Smash U.

Actually, that's quite incorrect. We've cycled through plenty of game with something new every weekend, bar one (I think). On top of that there's plenty of people playing random meetups in the thread, and there's always the possibility for people to meet up and to suggest something to play. It's not a fixed pattern and it's not robotic, we're open to any and all possibilities.

I'm also thrilled to hear about your living arrangements and your preferences, but things are getting a little hostile here and I don't wannt be beaten by Platina and RGE again so let's get back on topic. They can be quite vicious when they want to be.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

More like way worse than either of those.

Having never played a Paper Mario game, I don't have a lot of say on this one, but I have seen lots of people who really enjoyed Sticker Star, and from what I can tell, it's still a fun game, it just fails to meet the Paper Mario expectations and is too different from the original titles. But I don't know. Phantom Hourglass though, is a pretty solid game that was just hindered by a couple terrible flaws.

Honestly, these franchises all hold a much higher standard. I'd say Star Fox Adventures and Star Fox Assault are to Star Fox, respectively, what Sticker Star is to Paper Mario and Phantom Hourglass is to Zelda. In fact, thinking about that now, that comparison actually makes a lot of sense.

Command is to Star Fox what Other M is to Metroid, I think. Probably even worse.

I disagree, nothing will ever top how bad other is to the Metroid franchise.

Other M is more of a non-canonical spin-off.

Well by the words of Yoshio Sakamoto, Prime is the spin-off/gaiden story of Metroid, and Other M is the canonical sequel to Super.

Exactly one of the reasons other m hurts the metroid franchise, in order for other m to make sense they made the prime trilogy (one of the best in gaming history) non canon. That's disrespectful and disgusting.

When I said that I simply ment they're both the worse game in it's respective series, not that it's equally bad, cause Sticker Star is far worse than any other game mentioned here.

Not that I am arguing, or really care that much. But could you name the various games you have played over the 5 I mentioned? :)

I guess we could add Monster Hunter and Fire emblem to ya'lls list.

You were initially saying we didn't play games period, now you're moving the goal post as they say, to we don't play "many" games, as if that's a bad thing that doesn't make us real gamers or something.

We don't tend to go by the words of Sakamoto. We tend to forget about it.

Also, it would be wise not to call Other M canon on this site. My first ban was a result of that.

Well, according to Nintendo's actions and conduct, they don't give two craps what Sakamoto said, Other M may as well have never happened.  The only acknowledgement was her armor in Smash.  Otherwise, they just don't even acknowledge it really happened 99% of the time.

I think we all wish Other M never happened, only Sakurai recognizes that the game exists.
