I hope the platforms he's talking about are indeed the Wii U and 3DS. I mean, I can't imagine what else they would be. Minecraft is on everything under the sun at this point, except Nintendo.

Yes, it's not on Steam, but you could run it on SteamOS because it's based on Linux.

I think even the very first version was compatible Linux, so that means nothing.

 

But yes, a Nintendo verion is possible because MS didn't buy it to sell Xboxes. They just want to sell as many copies of the game as possible.
