I like them.  But they demand discipline.   Panic, and you lose.  Even moreso than with traditional inputs.  They are well thought.   The traditional controls are also surprisingly good, played a lot in handheld mode.

Tried it at the first testpunch...... never touched it again. I prefer playing Arms in handheld mode, since I can just chill and do other stuff. 

They work pretty well. I don't know how to play Arms with traditional controls, because I find motion more intuitive.

Happy too, got the smart control % back to 0 after it had been on first without me noticing when I bought the game.

Since there's no really significant benefits to motion controls, I wanna be able to play this game in handheld mode, and I still like traditional controls more, I have switched from them to the pro controller, but even as a hater of motion controls, I have to say they work pretty darn well here. During the first few testpunches where I used them I didn't even think of switching to standard controls. Though others say there's a bit of a learning curve, I got the hang of the controls immediately.

That PoGo update is great. PoGo is a summer game for me, so it's nice to hear that some important changes are being made.
